• Who should come: All ministry leaders and spouses are encouraged to attend.

Schedule Notes

• Event Check In Begins: 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 16. General Room check-in starts at 5:00 p.m.

• First Session: 3:00 p.m. Monday, March 16

• Tuesday Afternoon is open to relax and have some down time.

• Weather permitting, there will be ice-skating and show-shoeing available outdoors - provide your own equipment

• The Indoor gym will be available - bring a yard game to play with others

• Lounge space with snacks will be available to connect with others through good conversation. Feel free to bring a favorite game to share

• The pool and hot tub will be available

• Explore the Alexandria area

• Tuesday Evening Meal will be on your own. Find some colleagues and share time together. Area restaurants can be found below.

• Wednesday: Lodging check out is at 11:00 a.m. and our last session will be done around noon.

We are staying in the Kingsriter Hotel Rooms and Legacy Lodge Hotel Rooms at Lake Geneva Christian Center

Three options for lodging:

1. Stay with your spouse or colleague (double)

2. Stay on your own (single)

3. Commute from home or nearby (commuter)

Ticket Types

Overnight options include all onsite meals
Commuter option includes Monday dinner and Tuesday lunch

1. Double ($400/pair): Stay in a room with your spouse or ministry colleague

2. Single ($225/person): Stay in your own room

3. Commuter ($150/person): Commute from home or nearby each day
