• RESOURCES: Developing and providing a broad family of resources to equip, encourage, and develop students and youth workers.

• COMMUNITY: Connecting like-minded youth leaders locally, regionally, and nationally.

• TRAINING: Partnering with Alliance Kids and Alliance Youth to provide Christ-centered, innovative, affordable training for children's and youthworkers.

• COLLABORATION: Planning events for all district churches to engage in reaching every man, woman, and child with the Gospel.

MINISTRY LONGEVITY: NextGen students are best served by consistent leaders over time. We do this through…

• Support for new youth workers.

• Church staff mediation.

• Training resources.

• Connection for encouragement and ideas.

WORTHWHILE PARTNERSHIP: We serve God’s kingdom better when we are organized together.
Our hope is to…

• Use our time wisely through practical meetings.

• Offer topical training.

• Encourage friendship among youth workers.

• Offer prayer at any moment.

• Gather together to plan collaborative events.
