Lead Pastor

Nashwauk Alliance Church | Nashwauk, MN

 

Summary and Purpose:

  • Nashwauk Alliance Church is seeking a Godly man to serve as our Lead Pastor. As a small town in the Iron Range of Minnesota, we are looking for someone who will guide us to actively seek out the lost in our community. We have a well established leadership team that is ready to move forward in the next phase of God’s calling for our church.

 

 

Education

  • Bible or Theology degree at undergrad level or higher preferred

  • Credentialed by The Christian & Missionary Alliance or working towards it

Previous Pastoral Experience

  • 5-10 years of ministry experience desired with one tenure of at least 5 years in length as senior pastor preferred

  • Experience and/or willingness to work with students

Personality Style

  • Genuine - knows their own strengths and weaknesses

  • Accountable - willing to be submissive to the elders

  • Loves God Deeply

  • Problem Solving - Ability to find wise solutions

  • Growth mind-set - takes on hard situations and grows from them

Family

  • A single pastor or one with a family is welcomed. If the pastor has a family, ideally the family would also plug in to the life of the church
