Education
Bible or Theology degree at undergrad level or higher preferred
Credentialed by The Christian & Missionary Alliance or working towards it
Previous Pastoral Experience
5-10 years of ministry experience desired with one tenure of at least 5 years in length
Senior pastor experience preferred
Experience with building a new facility is preferred but not required.
