The District Operating Budget shall be supported by each local church by the following methods and payable monthly. Local churches with attendance lower than 50 shall contribute 3% of their church’s income to the DOB. Churches over 50 in attendance shall contribute 7% of their church income up to $300,000 and 3% of their church income above the $300,000 level. Church income for missions, building funds, mortgage and rental payments for buildings, and designations for non-operational projects are excluded for purposes of these computations.
